Shipping Policy
Shipping Information
Orders of in-stock items will be shipped next business day, excluding holidays. Due to our extensive selection of styles, sizes, and colors, some items may periodically be backordered. We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) if any portion of your order is backordered. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number. Below is information about shipping methods and transit times.
Standard Shipping
Shipping is is a flat rate of $6.95 for orders shipped to U.S. addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO and APO/FPO boxes may take longer. Standard delivery times can range from 1-7 business days. Free shipping applies to orders over $75.00 (does not include taxes and shipping charges) in the continental U.S.. Free Shipping does not apply to International orders or APO/FPO orders. International Orders and APO/FPO orders will require additional shipping charges and will be invoiced seperately prior to order being shipped.
Expedited Shipping
We offer shipping upgrades for those who want their product quicker. In Stock Orders Received By 12 noon PT will Ship Same Day. Orders Received After 12 noon Will Be Shipped the Next Business Day, Orders Placed FRI after 12 noon, SAT or SUN will Ship on Monday. (Tuesday if Monday is a Holiday)
Expedited Shipping is available for an additional charge. We will ship your order via the US Postal Service or FedEx at our discretion. PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses are sent via the US Postal Service. Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days. Available for orders shipped to U.S. addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. and APO/FPO boxes may take longer.
Express Shipping
We offer express shipping for an additional charge
FedEx 2-Day and 1-Day Air Shipping is available in the United States only. FedEx cannot deliver to PO, APO/FPO boxes, and FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
We respect your privacy! All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging. Your package will not have any markings that will give away the nature of your order.

Order Delays and Cancellation
Sometimes issues with your order may occur and we may have trouble serving you. In some cases, we may delay or cancel your order due to the following reasons:
- Your credit card billing address didn’t match the billing address on your order.
- We encountered a problem, such as a decline or a failure to verify your address, while authorizing and charging your credit card.
- The size or color that you ordered is out of stock.
- We are expecting an item that you ordered to be in stock within 48 hours. In such cases, we will temporarily hold the order instead of creating an explicit backorder request.
- It’s a weekend or a holiday, or it’s after 3:00 PM EST.
- Your order is a special order and my require additional delivery time.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to the following reason:
- The billing address on your order didn’t match the billing address on your credit card, and we didn’t receive the correct address after contacting you.
- We identified your order as likely fraudulent. This verdict is entirely up to our discretion.
- Your e-mail address is not valid. (We require a valid e-mail address so that we can contact you if something is wrong with your order. Your e-mail address is not added to a mailing list unless you explicitly sign up for it, so there’s no need for you to worry about that.)
- Your phone number is not valid. (We use your phone number to verify with your credit card issuer that you are the correct, authorized card holder.)
- We didn’t receive a response to our e-mails for more than two weeks after there was a problem with your order.
